Fantastic Opportunity -- Manager, Global Fragrance Marketing – Mass 

Manager will understand team needs and provide leadership, vision, and infrastructure support for the achievement of 
innovation and brand/portfolio/category expertise against corporate businesses and brand equities. Establish the overall 
strategic direction of the brand and category from concept to execution. Execute strategies that maximize return on marketing 
investment and deliver competitive advantage.  Oversee creative process including: trademark clearance, copy for products, packaging, and collateral materials; 
copy approval; submission and follow up with Legal department; mechanical approval. 

Business Planning and Strategy: Managing the development and execution of business plans for the Heritage Fragrance Portfolio, including partnering with the Global Marketing VP on defining: 
o Global Brand Strategy (including pricing, promotion, etc.) 
o Global Brand positioning 
o Global Brand Innovation Strategy 
o Global Media and Investment strategies 
o Advertising development and collateral support for all worldwide markets Growth strategies 
o Distribution opportunities 
o Work with Regional Marketing to identify market needs, assess competition category trends 
o P&L Implications 
o Manage the New Product Development Process from concept generation through launch and partnering with 
cross functional and key markets to successfully deliver the Innovation Pipeline for the Heritage Fragrance 
o Actively partner with project manager on timetables for all product launches and ensure all Marketing/Creative 
deadlines are met in a timely fashion. 
o Develop the Global Launch Toolkit for New Product Initiatives. 
 Communication: 
o Oversee the development of the Visual Identity and Brand Guidelines for the Heritage Fragrance Portfolio 
o Manage Campaign, Brand Ambassador and Media Strategy development including developing global assets for 
regional media, in-store and digital needs. 
o Partner with PR to develop the PR strategies across the Heritage Fragrance Portfolio. 
 Digital: 
o Partner with the Global Fragrance Digital Director on understanding and applying best practices across the Heritage 
Fragrance Portfolio. 
o Develop the global social media & content strategies for the Heritage Portfolio. 
o Develop ecommerce toolkits for each of the key Heritage Fragrance Brands. 
o Supervise execution of all details of marketing programs 
o Manage the Global Marketing associate, providing guidance and coaching on performance development 
 Licensor Relationship: Prepare brand presentations for Licensor review and Manage the Licensor Approval Process. 
 Fragrance House Relationship: Supervise the submission approval process for all new product innovations and on-going 
formula changes. 

 5 -10 years’ experience in a fragrance marketing position, with a minimum of 5 years working in a global capacity across multiple functional areas and geographies. 
 4+ years’ experience leading and managing people at various layers of an organization and across multiple locations. 
 Significant experience driving and managing solutions in the following areas: strategy, forecasting, cost of good analysis, trends and market data. 
 Strong analytical skills including experience with IRI/Nielsen/NPD. 

 Undergraduate degree required; MBA degree in Marketing preferred
