Job Description:

This electronic store company is looking for a talented mid level UX Designer to support the UX Services team. This team manages online scheduling, attached service to a product, Total Tech Support, In home advisor, chat, vendor portal and repair & service troubleshooting experiences.  The UX Designer works with and supports projects provided by the Services Product Management team. Requires the ability in gathering and translating requirements from business sponsors, SMEs, users, business analysts into an online user experience design and prototype. 

This person MUST have:  portfolio, wireframing software tools, familiarity with responsive or adaptive design for device specific interactions and experience with web application design that includes complex logic flow or conditional logic design. This Individual will be working in a team environment on deliverables for projects that are deliverable to the Services Project Manager(s) and Digital Engineering teams. Requirements include user experience wireframes, visual design and team critiques sessions.

-Web Interaction Design 

Preferred Skills/Experience:
-Web Interaction Design 
-Visual Design (Sketch & Photoshop) 
-Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

• Familiar with Agile software development methodology and user story creation
