Looking for an experienced Post-Production Supervisor. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing resource scheduling for daily tasks in both Product and Creative Studio teams. You would assist with overall tracking of our output, monitoring triggers for the production processes, and maximizing efficiencies with resources and within workflows. You are a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing a large volume of assets and requests in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are a force of calm and good judgment as well as an adaptable person who revels in change.
Track and manage schedules for the support team, keeping stakeholders apprised of the status
Coordinate with Managers, Producers, Specialists, and stakeholders with timelines for new requests and updates for ongoing projects
Update and manage internal database/trackers
Create playbook detailing types, durations, and details of requests
Work with partners to maintain and improve database/ trackers for visibility for all teams
Facilitate assignment of creative projects to freelancers as skills/availability align
Maintain consistent coverage of daily tasks support stream, bringing in freelance assistant editors when appropriate
3+ years Post-Production Supervisor, Coordinator, or Operations experience in an entertainment marketing agency, Post House, or in film or episodic TV work.
Deep familiarity with Post Production workflows - editors, assistant editors, audio designers, sound mixers, motion graphics artists - both one-on-one and scaled for larger projects and teams.
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite; familiarity with Avid, ProTools, or other tool sets a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and even-tempered attitude.
Ability to pick up new tools quickly.
Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current post process.
