Job Description:

  • This is for a (1) Year Temporary assigment with potential to extend
  • Must have proof of eligibilty to work in the US as W2 employee, Sponsorship is not available

Our Fortune 500 Tourism & Hospitality Client is looking to add a Product Analyst to their project team in Celebration, FL. 

Responsibilities: 
The Product Analyst will:

  • Support the Product team in understanding and executing the strategic direction of digital products for the client, with a specific focus on e-commerce sales for lodging
  • Be responsible for translating that direction into various document types, including requirement documents, mind maps, user stories and product specifications
  • Responsible for understanding, and executing, the digital strategic direction of a product line and/or a destination/brand as outlined by the Product team
  • Attend daily scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks 
  • Support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams 
  • Collaborate with organizations across the client's company (Pricing, Rev. Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to build and manage scope expectations and complete on-boarding efforts to move clients to the proper ticketing technology 
  • Perform product testing on fixes, enhancements, and deployments 
  • Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements
  • Ensure appropriate delivery of those requirements across the development lifecycle
  • Product Analyst will also make presentations to support business cases


Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and drive resolution of complex critical issues. 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous Digital and eCommerce experience is preferred, but not required 
  • Previous Product Management experience is preferred, but not required 
  • Previous travel distribution experience is preferred, but not required 

Required Education:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
