Seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing for a major pharamceutical client in Collegeville, PA. The Brand Manager will drive the development of tactical projects across brand channels including retail, brand access, and micro-marketing to support 2019 brand objectives. Please note- this is an ON SITE contract role.  Remote candidates will not be considered.

Primary responsibilities include: 
o Support execution of tactics and customer collaboration activities for the Micro Marketing initiative in 11 target districts. Includes development of localized print resources, multi-channel activations, provider education, consumer education, and consumer multicultural activations 
o Lead the patient reminder recall implementation (content, outreach channels, tracking and reporting of metrics, partnership/collaboration agreement) throughout the year and during flu season with targeted partnerships across the customer landscape (HCPs, organized customers, payers) and in close partnership with the customer facing sales teams 
o Drive annual wellness visits for patients 65 and older in close partnership with external customer (i.e. payers) and in close collaboration with customer facing organization (i.e. Vaccine Account Management Team) 
o Develop retail pharmacy solutions in partnership with stakeholders that will enable the identification and vaccination of eligible 65 and older adults by the pharmacists. Closely collaborate with national retail account managers and develop appropriate customer communications for retail chains to introduce suggested workflow solutions for implementation 
o Support Field Force engagement, resource deployment and POA efforts as needed 
o BA or BS required; MBA preferred 
o 5+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience is required; preference for vaccines and US market experience 
o Strong project management skills, ability to manage timelines and dependencies 
o Strong communication skills, ability to mobilize cross-functional partners 
o Ability to navigate internal organization/processes 
o Entrepreneurial and innovative – exploring novel approaches to solving problems with strong focus on measuring effectiveness of different marketing programs to define future direction
