Job Description:

Our Retail and Healthcare client is actively seeking a highly organized, technically savvy individual to drive the day-to-day execution of tactics for their websites. This is an entry level position. This individual will exhibit a positive can-do attitude with an openness to learn all while immediately contributing a high level. These efforts will primarily include, but are not limited to, ensuring accurate and quality administration of site content, weekly on-site promotional offerings, and item setup/maintenance activities. 

Duties
Create new Items and new Suppliers within the PIM system for Extended Assortment Digital Items and in the Digital Business Control Center for Store items for assigned category. Responsible for all critical Item attributes/foundational data and downstream impacts of flag setting.

Access data, format and deliver reports/spreads of the analytic findings and interpret results. Resolve errors or missing Item information, verify for completeness and accuracy. Involves high degree of accuracy. Represents the company to the Supplier as it relates to Item/Supplier set up.

Communicate critical deadlines and established processes to Category Management.

In addition to day to day workload responsible for adhoc projects.


Required Skills:

  • At least a year of experience in Marketing/ Retail / Merchandising / Operations.
  • Knowledge & experience in the digital space
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) ∙
  • Strong data entry skills and tech savvy. 
  • Great oral & written communication skills

Education:

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
