Agency Account Supervisor/Account Director

This is an in house corporate long term freelance position based onsite in NYC. Client is looking for an agency Account Supervisor/Director for this role from large and mid size agency

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES 
• Implement new ways of working in brands focused on Creative and Marketing—anchored to improved and streamlined processes that are designed to increase agility, collaboration, and 360 thinking 
• Lead workshops with brands to help instill new ways of working 
• Build strong relationships with brand team members and establish a ‘coaching’ relationship to assist brands in adopting new ways of working 
• Understand and be able to connect the dots across Marketing and Creative processes and work with both teams to improve handoffs between groups, as well as the work performed within Creative and Marketing teams today 
• Understand business needs and be able to translate these into technology requirements for workflow tools and other tools that can enhance process and ways of working 
• Have a global mindset and be able to build a process that encompasses how global brands and regions should work together 
• Continually identify and recommend creative and marketing processes and technology improvements with Creative COE leadership, cross functional partners and brand leaders. 
• Maintain understanding of market trends and competitor benchmarks through continuous research and reading 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Position requires 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or creative operations management , either from agency or in a similar corporate environment 
• Deep understanding of best practice marketing and creative process within a brand 
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally experience conducting internal change management/process improvement sessions 
• Must have experience working closely with technical support functions (e.g., IT) 
• Experience implementing process changes and setting strategic goals, plus measuring adoption through established KPIs
• Proficient with handling multiple stakeholders and functions across a large organization
