Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and passionate team within one of the biggest beauty retailers in the country! This position will focus on a various of marketing programs managing end-to-end execution, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Manage program schedules and deliverables and pro-actively communicate expectations and milestones to all team members. May manage one or more direct reports assigning their projects and tasks. Amazing chance to gain valuable experience with a fast paced organization that will greatly enhance your skill set. This is a short term contract role with an initial period of 6 months. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end of omni-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Create and publish comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process. Proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results
• Foster partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Production, Store Design, Product Development, Resourcing, and Delivery management. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Partner upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met
• Ensure timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and see through analytics and hind-sighting post campaign launch
• Manage day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution:
o Communicate strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensures information is available and complete
o Populate agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-pro, and review meetings
o Open jobs and build job folders with project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final program archive of job info
o Track schedules, update reports and communicate program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings
o Ensure product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule
o Identify photo shoot needs across channels and partners with Creative and Content Production for photo shoot execution and retouching milestones
o Route core creative to marketing partners and ensures feedback is clear, actionable and received on time.
o Facilitate passing off core assets to delivery management/production for versioning
o Ensure completion of all assets on the asset list and track final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates
o Track delivery, development, QA and live dates
• Identify program risks early on and provides mitigation strategies
• Has a good understanding of budget and co-op funding; track program budgets and facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and Producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years experience in project/marketing program management
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues, juggle multiple programs, and prioritize
• High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment
