We're searching for a Jr. Account Manager for a dynamic, growing agency outside of Atlanta

Great opportunity for a young agency account person looking to grow!

Looking for ‘go-getters’ who has a some experience in advertising/marketing/new media, and is looking to learn and grow as an account managment professional.  And, someone who shares 
the agency's passion for the outdoor lifestyle—and crafting authentic, compelling, multi-media messaging to support and perpetuate it. 

Ideal candidate has 1-2 years agency experience (can include internships) is confident, articulate, service-oriented professional to help maximize their iconic client roster (Shimano North American Corp., 
Chevrolet, The Toro Company, Realtree, Z-Man Fishing Products, Georgia State University) Athletic Department, etc.) to assist in managing client accounts with the specific goal of developing long-term relationships and driving long-term agency revenue growth. 

Day-to-Day Scope of Work:
• Manage client accounts to help meet service level goals and maintain up-to-date 
information in an organized, effective manner 
• Work intimately with clients and internal agency team members on all contracted 
deliverables (digital and content marketing, online media, print, web, etc.) 
• Assist in the development of monthly reporting on marketing production and 
expenditures for clients and help provide strategic recommendations to further meet and 
exceed mutually agreeable client key performance indicators and goals 
• Collaborate with internal specialty teams to deliver strategic multi-channel 
• Participate in regular weekly client/agency project status update meetings 
•Act as liaison between clients and internal teams 

Qualifications and Proficiencies 
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work history (emphasis on marketing, advertising, and/or interactive media is preferred) 
•1-3+ yars account management experience with heavy emphasis on consumer- facing digital creative agencies with social media (other non-traditional agency experience is a plus), including: 
- Experience in, and understanding of, general advertising, marketing and interactive, with a specific background in branded content and distribution, data analysis, relationship management and digital marketing 
- Proficiency on both Mac and PC platforms, MS Office (including Excel), and presentation-related technologies (asset management systems, extranets, portals, multimedia) 
- Willingness, and ability, to travel 
• Digital/social networking skills and familiarity 
• Excellent listening, writing and communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented habits 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities 
• Diligent work habits, with a focus on meeting deadlines 
• Knowledge of outdoor lifestyle industry (technology/marketing solutions geared towards it is a plus) 
• Experience in producing group presentations, as well as participating in team-oriented 
work/training environments, and client meetings and presentations
