  • Direct, inspire and ensure excellence in strategy and direction for the brand including strategic inputs. 
  • Analyze consumer and industry data and trends and, then, process and present the problem or opportunity in a way that will allow for a better, actionable brand solution. 
  • Help to understand and then define the target audience, their lifestyles and their relationship with the brand. 
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other teams to spark the creative process, develop the idea, and increase its impact. 
  • Articulate your ideas in a way that can help others improve upon your idea and help craft team’s ideas to maximize consumer relevance and business impact. 
  • Provide support, direction and expertise to Brand Managers and Marketing partners to ensure confidence and accomplish goals and objectives. 
  • Inspire teams with – and to refocus on – consumer perspectives. 
  • Actively engage in the concepting of content and presentation of recommendations. 


  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ of communications, consumer insights, advertising, marketing or other related experience required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required (communications, advertising or marketing).
