Aquent's Fortune7 client in Woonsocket, RI is looking for a Marketing Speicalist for a 12 month assignment (40/hrs 5 days on site) with potential to extend beyond.

We are looking for the best and brightest to join our new program planning team and help deliver on this initiative. The company is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for driving business results. As a member of the Loyalty and Personalization team, you will manage the increasingly competitive and sometimes conflicting demands across multiple programs and channels. You will develop strong relationships with marketing & personalization strategists to optimize the planning process and build a deep understanding of the business, our customers and goals. You will think analytically to consolidate & prioritize multiple strategies into a cohesive, executable plan. You will present your plans, gain alignment and drive teams towards flawless execution. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing many projects simultaneously and partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders. He/she will be highly organized yet flexible, take independent initiative, have a strong attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, both upstream and downstream in the marketing campaign development process • Help drive adherence to annual & quarterly planning processes, with ongoing maintenance of master plans • Develop an understanding of multiple personalization objectives and their interactions with one another • Develop an understanding of current & upcoming new system capabilities • Consolidate & prioritize tests and scaled programs into a cohesive, executable plan • Share & gain alignment on plans developed in a way that leads to flawless execution and delivers expected learnings for future campaigns • Identify opportunities for process improvements and plans to mitigate any risks
Required Qualifications * 2+ years of related experience in campaign, marketing project or program management * Excellent communicator, both verbal and written * Shown ability to work across multiple, simultaneous projects with high time demands. * A real passion for understanding and meeting customer preferences & driving business results * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of marketing campaign planning * Loyalty marketing or personalization experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, OR related consulting environment
High School Diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing preferred
