This Boston-based design team consults on a wide array of projects, clients and work, is looking for a Senior Brand Designer.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with creating and activating Brands. The core design responsibilities will be for leading the conceptual and detailed design of a range of brand touchpoints including identities, visual strategies, product graphics, packaging experiences, environmental graphics and digital expressions. 

Basic Qualifications 
-Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience 
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Suite 
-Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree 

Preferred Qualifications 
-Experience with Activating Brands visually and conceptually 
-Experience with Experience Design methodologies and tools 
-A willingness to learn new methods and tools for great design 
-Ability to put together color palates and visual communications that drive emotion and meaning 
-Ability to design with a concise, clean aesthetic 
-A track record of strong project management experience 
-Ability to inspire and mentor clients 
-Ability and desire to mentor junior designers 
-Strong management skills to spread your talent and expertise across more than one project and team at a time 

Professional Skill Requirements 
-Ability to work from the Studio in Somerville, Massachusetts office with up to 25% travel 
-Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
-Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
-Desire to work in a collaborative environment 
-Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
-Excellent leadership and management skills
