AQUENT is seeking a Senior Manager for Analytics for one of our COOLEST clients in Bethesda, MD!
The Client's team manages a holistic view of program, property, and member performance within Loyalty, maintaining strong connection to partner teams in Finance, Revenue Management, Customer Experience Analytics, and Continents.
We are seeking a strong data analytics leader and storyteller to manage analytical decision support related to owner reporting and owner issue escalation. He or she will coach junior team members and partner with Continent and other owner-facing teams to conduct deep dive financial and member analysis to identify drivers of performance in hotel and program financials. He or she will also lead the design and development of operational data analysis and visualization tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards. Most critically, he or she will package these analytical insights into compelling presentations and communications to illustrate the true impact of the Loyalty program in driving profitable business to the client's owners and products.
Education and Experience:
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or quantitative discipline required.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics experience required. Experience visualizing outputs in Tableau and gathering data using SQL is a strong plus.
• Consulting experience, including project management, client engagement, and analytical storytelling, is a strong plus.
• Finance, Revenue Management, Loyalty or on-property Hotel experience is a plus.
