Job Description:

Aquent's Fortune500 client in Woonsocket, RI is looking for a Project Manager for a 12 month assignment (40/hrs 5 days on site) with potential to extend beyond. 




This person will be responsible for adhoc data analysis. They will assess the request for information and develop the reporting to provide the data. The Customer Insights Analyst will focus on increasing the understanding of consumer feedback and service performance for front store and pharmacy consumers. Key responsibilities will include analyzing consumer feedback and measuring the business impact of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics background with experience leveraging SQL to solve business problems, using ETL, creating and organizing related tables, mining large data sets and using statistics to identify patterns. Demonstrated self-direction and applied critical and creative thinking to business challenges is expected.


• Develop and execute approaches to analyze survey and transactional data relating to front store or pharmacy behavior and service performance • Analyze service performance trends to identify opportunities for operational or measurement enhancements • Perform ETL on large data sets, apply data hygiene, reconcile matched tables, perform auditing and validation • Recommend analytic solutions that enable a more complete understanding of behavior within or across defined segments, markets and other logical groupings • Work with business managers to evaluate business needs and propose analytical solutions that can deliver actionable results from findings • Produce and enhance customized customer-centric reporting sourced from survey and attitudinal data to enable better decision-making by internal teams


• 4+ years of experience generating business insights through data and analysis • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly • High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail • Expertise in SQL and related experience working in an enterprise data environment • Solid background and experience in Excel and Power Point is required • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, Python or scripting language is preferred • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred


4-year undergraduate degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field; Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
