Creative Service Project Managers - A Fortune 500 fintech operation in San Jose is looking for a veteran PM who  can partner with various teams globally to deliver best-in-class creative that shapes the future of the brand. You understand the intricacies of channel creative production, particularly in the digital space, and have experience managing vendors as well as internal creative teams. The successful candidate is exceptionally organized in managing workflow, deliverables, timing and stakeholders, holding creative to efficiency and excellence standards, while collaborating with our global markets to drive efficiencies in how content is produced and delivered. The right candidate thrives on structure, tools and embraces a fast-paced working environment and can deliver on all creative and content needs in a matrixed environment.



  • Project manage Creative and Content Shared Service projects to building out best-in-class content capability – with a focus on digital banners, social, emails, landing pages, and videos – to track delivery and progress

  • Actively manage and track multiple projects and timelines across multiple channels and prioritize workstream across all production resources and SLAs

  • Partner with Creative Leads, Production Teams, Client Services, and Transcreation/Localization team to drive successful delivery of creative deliverables from briefing to kick offs to review cycles and establishing optimal meeting cadence

  • Establish timelines and milestones for both department goals and project goals, predicts roadblocks and finds integration points to move work forward

  • Build appropriate processes and program management, drive cohesive partner collaboration, finding and facilitating resources, optimizing schedules and resolving issues



  • 5+ years producer/project management role at a digital agency, creative agency or studio    

  • Experience in planning design, production, and development of websites, ad campaigns, and other deliverables for digital projects    

  • End-to-end campaign development experience a plus    

  • Experience in project workflow tools    

  • Understanding of customer journey, user experience, and web design principles and principles of email design and performance, performance media assets    

  • Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizations    

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguous situations    

  • Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
