Acquired by PayPal in 2013, our global client specializes in mobile and web payment systems for e-commerce companies including credit and debit cards, digital wallets, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay.

Our client's Global Brand Marketing Team is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Digital Project Manager/Producer who is exceptionally organized in managing workflow and deliverables while collaborating with national and global markets to drive efficiencies. This role is onsite in NYC, 12 months with opportunity to extend/convert to full time/staff, 5 days/40 hours a week. What You Will Do:

  • This globally recognized client is looking to hire a smart, collaborative, creative Digital Project Manager/Producer who can work in a fast-moving organization that values mutual respect, accountability, and passion for the brand and the product.
  • In this highly visible and rewarding role, you will use your expert understanding of applying best practices to deliver a variety of small and medium-sized projects concurrently
  • You will partner with the various teams globally to deliver the best in class creative that shapes the future of the brand. You understand the intricacies of the digital space, and have experience managing vendors as well as internal creative teams. 
  • Project manage Creative and Content Shared Service projects to build out best-in-class content capability – with a focus on digital banners, social, emails, landing pages, videos
  • Manage and track multiple projects and timelines across multiple channels and prioritize work stream across all production resources
  • Partner with Creative Leads, Production Teams, Client Services, and Transcreation Localization teams (adapting a message from one language to another) to drive successful delivery of creative deliverables - from briefing to kick offs, to review cycles; establish timelines and milestones
  • Build appropriate processes and program management, drive cohesive partner collaboration, finding and facilitating resources, optimizing schedules and resolving issues 

What You Need:

  • 5+ years producer/project management role at a digital agency, creative agency or studio 
  • Experience working on websites, ad campaigns, email for digital projects
  • Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizations 
  • Skills in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications 
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguous situations with an openness to doing things differently 
  • Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities 
  • Sense of humor and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization 
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Certification in any project management tools that’s a plus.

Requirements:

The Global Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Producer for our Global Brand Marketing team. The successful candidate is exceptionally organized in managing workflow, deliverables, timing and stakeholders, holding creative to efficiency and excellence standards, while collaborating with our global markets to drive efficiencies in how content is produced and delivered. 
The right candidate thrives on structure, tools and embraces a fast-paced working environment and can deliver on all creative and content needs in a matrixed environment across brands, Merchant, Consumer and Partner programs. 
Years of Experience: 
• 5+ years producer/project management role at a digital agency, creative agency or studio 
• Experience in planning design, production, and development of websites, ad campaigns, and other deliverables for digital projects 
• End-to-end campaign development experience a plus 
• Experience in project workflow tools 
• Understanding of customer journey, user experience, and web design principles and principles of email design and performance, performance media assets 
• Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizations 
• Skills in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications 
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguous situations 
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and flexibility to change and deadlines is critical 
• Openness to doing things differently 
• Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities 
• Sense of humor and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization 
Degrees or Certifications: Bachelors, no major specific, certification in any project management tools that’s a plus.
