Overview:

The Innovation Operations Acquisition Marketing Coordinator (Contract) is responsible for the output of video and animated ad units used in our suite of member acquisition campaigns on social media. On a weekly basis, the Coordinator receives a title list to action on, utilizes internal tools and external parties to create the content, and ensures that all assets are created within set milestone dates prior to handoff to downstream teams.

The ideal Contract Coordinator candidate is a self-motivated worker, who thrives in an environment that relies on her/his self-discipline and ability to set and meet simultaneous daily and long-term deadlines. This individual is extremely detail-oriented, technically sound and a strong communicator who responds well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive asset orders on a weekly basis from internal tools and trackers

  • Submit localization needs to our internal Globalization team

  • Track production workflow across all weekly assets in spreadsheets and other trackers

  • Utilize internal tools to create video ad units

  • Interface with external vendors and manage delivery of ad units

  • Perform technical QC of finished ad units (i.e. playability, does it meet the spec, audio levels, etc.)

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of A/V production workflows, particularly around short form or promotional content like trailers, ad units, etc.
  • Knowledgeable around A/V Video formats (ProRes, mp4) and Artwork (PSD, JPEG, PNG)

  • Superior project management, organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

  • Experience with working within Digital Asset Management Systems

  • A team player and communicator with a calm demeanor to deal with last-second requests and projects.

  • Familiarity of ad unit specs and best practices on social media platforms (i.e. Youtube, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Media, Ad Ops, or Entertainment industry background (studio, creative agency, etc.)

  • Passion for film and television.

  • Knowledge of localization (subtitles and dubbed audio)

  • Marketing or media support role in a studio or creative agency environment
