Interaction Designer is passionate about healthcare and can create compelling, intuitive user interfaces for a broad range of healthcare related solutions. 

The Interaction Designer is responsible for development of design ideas from basic concepts through to fully detailed design solutions. Advice on how best to address the user’s needs and create value for all stakeholders. Participate in user centered design approach including analysis, exploration, storytelling, concept design, prototyping, user testing and finalization. Translate customer needs, research findings and business requirements into compelling, efficient and highly usable designs. Design interaction patterns, behaviors, brand and visual design for consistent user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. 

§ Analyze required information to form a relevant understanding of context (domain, business, market, emerging contexts, related trends, target groups, etc.) to define and articulate relevant insights. Create personas, scenarios, themes and concepts that explore different value propositions which build potential business opportunities. You use appropriate and effective visual design skills to articulate simplicity across web, mobile and product interfaces. Apply and define (general) interface and interaction principles. Define and develop general usability principles. Understand and challenge technology, constraints, development tools and methods. Create information architectures, personas, application flows (flowcharts) and functional designs for application screens (wireframes). Responsible for guiding the creation of prototypes and for the assessment of these prototypes. You have a strong understanding of design process and have successfully applied it to multiple projects. You communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level, Collaborate with team members and suppliers via the most appropriate communication/influencing style. Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal teams and direct business contacts. 

§ Develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short- and long-term goals
