Aquent's consulting and technology innovation client is seeking a Director of Marketing for a direct hire opportunity.  They are looking for an imaginative and driven individual to grow their marketing organization. What you'll do: 

• Strategic Development and Implementation: lead the execution and integration of our brand framework, positioning, narrative, visual identity, and overall strategy across digital, marketing collateral, communications, and experiential channels

• Brand Growth: build and execute brand-specific initiatives that drive demand generation and speak to both clients and potential team members

• Social Media and Content Marketing: define our social media and overall content strategy

• PR: Build and execute PR strategy with attention towards executive visibility

• Brand Management: ensure consistent brand messaging aligns with our brand strategy across all service offerings, marketing collateral, website, and recruiting efforts

• Team Building: Identify, build and lead a team of social, PR, and branded content experts comprised of internal and external partners

• Data Analysis: establish KPIs and best practices for marketing in order to measure ROI and make informed decisions on future initiatives

• Technology Strategy: drive marketing technology tool selection to support end-to-end customer experience

 

What you have:

 • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with working knowledge of marketing and sales management principles including branding, demand generation, performance marketing, business development, social media / digital communications, market research, and PR

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with budget ownership and the ability to manage and influence a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience with marketing automation tools and campaign management

• Previous experience in a marketing organization in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

• A self-starter attitude with an understanding of the process of identifying, testing, and prioritizing profitable marketing channels

• A proven track record of creating opportunities, improving sales, and driving brand awareness through effective marketing tactics

• An inclination towards creativity combined with keen business and technology acumen

• Previous experience driving demand within a services organization a plus

• Knowledge of the Digital Media Supply Chain, IP Management, CRM, AI, and Data & Analytics a plus

• BA/BS required
