Our top Fortune 500 Live Events client is seeking a Global Marketing Analyst to join their team to support marketing strategy teams to help plan campaigns and to estimate the impact and level of promotions.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Working side-by-side daily with the marketing channel teams, advise on optimization strategy, accurately sizing campaign opportunities, and seeking improved methods and processes for assessing the incremental contribution of campaign optimizations around messaging, audience targeting and cadence
•Support the buildout of performance reporting dashboards that scales with our growing global business. Work with cross functional stakeholders in engineering and external partnerships to acquire and integrate supporting data elements
•Present key findings based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to our leadership teams and key stakeholders.
•Define KPIs, set goals and track to goals.
•Support channel team in areas of forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting
•2-4 years in marketing analytic roles, preferably at an ecommerce company
•Experience with marketing tracking practices across domains, devices, etc
•Highly exercised SQL skills against large databases in Oracle and Hadoop environments
•Experience with Omniture, Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
•Ability to conduct analysis and present findings clearly, concisely and accurately. Be able to draw meaningful conclusions
•Demonstrably strong communication skills: truly knows what it means to assemble a story from data and can easily explain how and demonstrate it. Strong listening skills as well as the skills to persuade particularly based on evidence
•BS/BA degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., Math, Statistics, Physics, Operations Research, Economics, CS, etc., from a top tier school. Strong preference for candidates with advanced degrees in the same disciplines
