Job Description:

As the Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with marketing communications and other internal stakeholders to help develop marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute marketing plans to help ensure business areas meet goals and objectives 
• Create marketing strategies to establish and maintain brand presence in the market 
• Help to develop brand messages that result in increased engagement, loyalty and improving market share 
• Work with marketing managers to determine appropriate customized programs for various market segments 
• Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns 
• Provide coordination and project management to ensure promotion success 

Basic Requirements 

• Minimum 6-8 years of professional work experience in a business-to-business marketing role 
• Strong marketing planning, project and client management skills 
• Ability to work quickly and flexibly under pressure while delivering work under tight deadlines 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
• Strong communication skills 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline
