Job Description:

Our global Fortune 500 technology innovator client, is in need of a long term freelance Campaign Manager (Data Analyst, Digital Acquisition).  The purpose of this ongoing project is to enable commercial card suppliers to accept virtual consumer card payments.

This role is onsite 1 day a week in NYC, 4 days remote, Flatiron District, 6 months with the opportunity to extend, healthcare benefits provided as well as 5 paid sick days, 401k, FlexSpend, more.
What You Will Do:

  • The purpose of the project is to enable commercial card suppliers to accept virtual card payments. These campaigns and onboarding processes are being managed by a third party. In this role, you will support the process and work with 3rd party vendors.
  • Manage and coordinate the supplier enablement and enrollment with the third-party vendor
  • Assist with managing reports and campaign data related to these suppliers, e.g. data review to identify supplier trends / opportunities 
  • Conduct post-launch monitoring of in-market capabilities through leading issue management processes and risk event metrics reporting/trend analysis 

  • Collaborate with digital product owners to understand technical processes and breakdowns to improve customer experience and develop appropriate feature enhancements 

  • Create business level procedural documents supporting implementation of operational risk program
  • Provide monthly dashboards to senior leadership communicating project status and roadblocks with recommended solutions to drive completion 

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and work with cross functional teams (Business, Technology, Marketing, 
Compliance, Global Privacy, Governance Groups, & Audit)
  • Assist with Third-party vendor onboarding processes and upheld service continuity efforts 

  • Manage Digital Acquisition Governance Steering Committees/New Initiatives Meetings 

What You Need:

  • BA/BS 4 Year Degree
  • Corporate experience with a financial service client is a plus
  • Expertise with UNIX, SQL, Oracle (to perform independent data analysis), SQL* Plus
  • Strong data analysis/analytical skills
  • Credit Card industry operations understanding is ideal
  • MS Office proficient, specifically MS Excel, MS Power Point, Access and Word
