Program Manager-Events and Experiential Marketing 

POSITION SUMMARY: 
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end execution of event marketing deliverables from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Projects include deliverables across all marketing channels (i.e. in-store, print, digital, video, and social media). Manage multiple agencies, vendors, internal teams, program schedules, and deliverables. Pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones to internal and external team members. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Manage end-to-end omni-channel marketing deliverables across online and offline channels 
• Create and publish comprehensive schedules and set interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process. Proactively monitor progress to achieve         deadlines and results 
• Foster partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Production, Store Design, Product Development and partner agencies. Clearly and actively communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines and   budget status throughout program lifecycle 
• Closely partner upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met 
• Manage laterally with partner agencies and internal teams on timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates 
• Manage day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution: 
   o Communicate strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensures information is available and complete 
   o Populate agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-pro, and review meetings 
   o Open jobs and build job folders with project info; update as jobs evolve and maintain final program archive of job info 
   o Track schedules, update reports, and pro-actively communicate program status to key stakeholders 
   o Ensure product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule 
   o Identify photo shoot needs across channels and partner with agency, creative, and production teams for photo shoot execution and retouching milestones 
   o Route agency creative to stakeholders and ensure feedback is clear, actionable and received on time. 
   o Responsible for managing asset versioning and translations with internal translation team and external production agencies. 
   o Ensure completion of all assets on the asset list and track final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates 
• Identifiy program risks early on and provide mitigation strategies 
• Monitor and advocate process; identify gaps/improvements to work more efficiently 
• Demonstrate ownership/investment in the work; has clear understanding of business goals 
• Has a good understanding of budget and scope; tracks program budgets and facilitates conversation between Marketing, Creative, and Production if/when costs impact design &/or budget 
 *May manage one or more direct reports assigning and tracking their work, and reporting on their status 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
• 4+ years’ experience in project or account management in event or experiential marketing required 
• Experience managing multiple vendors, including but not limited to app developer, website developer, print/fixture production, ticketing agency preferred 
• College degree or equivalent experience 
• Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred 
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box, Workfront, ProofHQ preferred 
• Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus 
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results 
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
• Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues, juggle multiple programs, and prioritize 
• High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment
