Job Description:

Our client, one of the largest non-profits in the US, is looking for a Project Manager to join their D.C. team. This organization has a very user-centric vision and a strong social mission, and dedicates its efforts on increasing membership with a strong focus digitally, via social media, and digital marketing. The vibe is collaborative, fast-paced, and overall, passionate. This Project Manager will work in the Communications Strategy Group developing materials and managing projects that showcase the organization's work to a broad consumer audience. The project manager will be involved in message and content development, communications strategy formulation, metric tracking and analysis. The role also involves creating presentations, managing meetings, writing reports and editing. The project manager will support communications around the organization's work on financial security and work & jobs issues. This is not a traditional marketing role. The ideal candidate will be able write well and work successfully under deadline. Must be highly collaborative and have experience working in a matrixed environment. This person should also have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working independently with limited oversight.

This is an on-going, expected to be long-term role, working as an Aquent talent on assignment with one of our client's in the D.C. area.
