Internal Order Info:Social Content Graphic Designer/ Art Director works within a team handling all in-house 
creative digital content. You will work closely with the members if the in-house content 
studio, social and ecom teams. You will design digital assets ensuring they are qualitative 
and on brand. You are a social media expert who’s obsessed with all things social. You 
have experience directing social shoots, designing for multiple social platforms, with 
strong technical skills. 
This role will report to, and work closely with the VP, Global Digital Creative and her 
team. • This is a hands-on position delivering creative under tight deadlines• Direct social 
content retoucher when necessary. • Outputting to the relevant formats. • Design of 
social content utilizing product imagery 
Preferred Qualifications • BS/BA degree and experience sufficient to successfully perform 
essential functions of the job. • Knowledge of Adobe Suite is ESSENTIAL (Photoshop, 
Indesign, Bridge, Illustrator). Motion graphics (animation) knowledge a plus. • Attention 
to detail is CRUCIAL. • Experience working for a beauty brand • Keen eye and aesthetic. • 
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver quality creative. • Proactive and able to show 
initiative to foresee and resolve problems related to imagery. • Knowledge of color 
theory. • Strong typography skills. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight 
deadlines. • Ability to work well in a team. • Perform other duties or projects as assigned 
from time to time. • Team player. •Have a good sense of humor.
