Description: 

Are you experienced at creating internal marketing campaigns to foster the adoption of digital workplace technology? We’re looking for someone who can engage the in-house audience on technical topics. Must coordinate with Corporate, Field, and/or I.S. Communications, as needed. Accountable for planning and executing results-oriented campaigns backed by success metrics. 

Required: 
• Marketing and communications background including campaign management 
• Strong communications skills - the ability to tell a story that translates tech jargon into simple, actionable ideas 
• Graphic design experience 
• Creative mindset 
• Copywriting/editing abilities 
• Familiarity with leading change in the technology space 
• Experience in using data to track and analyze usage patterns and make recommendations 
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build constructive relationships and exercise tact, diplomacy and creativity in consulting with and providing service to internal/external clients at all levels. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment required. 

Nice to have: 
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, interacting with creatives, business analysts, developers and business partners. 
• Program and/or channel management experience 
• Photo and video editing skills 
• Ad agency experience a plus 
• Experience designing training 
• Experience with Agile methodology

The marketing consultant will work on the Digital Workplace Marketing & Adoption team to lead our internal (inside the department) and external (outside the department, within the company) marketing planning and execution. It's a small team of four people that also runs the digital ambassador program, drives the Digital Workplace training strategy and plans DW events.
