**Seeking a talented Associate Producer for a Global Retail Client in Seattle**

I'm looking to cover an associate producer who has moved on to manage other projects. I need someone who can get up and running quickly, with minimal direction on how to manage clients. 
We are looking for an associate producer that has exceptional attention to detail and understands the project management best practices required to bring complex projects to life through project planning, resource management, creative development and review facilitation, vendor management, and hand-off for publishing, with a focus on ready-to-drink packaging.

• There is no potential for extension as this CW will be helping the team wrap up legacy work for approximately 6 months.

• Chance for extension later • Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
o Kicks-off work with internal and external teams with all information and assets needed; moves this work through organization via creative, business and legal reviews to gain final approval 
o Clearly communicates business and technical requirements to copywriters and designers, and assesses if work-in-progress meets these requirements 
o Provides highly-focused quality assurance at all steps of process, from initial intake of work to final review/approval 
o Manages internal and external teams on complex project timelines 
o Tracks project progress to flag potential risks to a project’s success, and proactively provides updates to impacted parties 
o Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from all departments

• This team is composed of the hiring manager, a producer specialist, and an associate producer. They have a pretty good working rhythm and will be able to provide support when needed. 
• The incoming CW will need to bring energy to the team and be able to communicate with creative teams effectively.
