Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Consumer Products Project Manager to work in the highly competitive and fascinating world of interactive gaming. The position supports the Licensing team across general licensing and product development functions. This person will serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders for asset requests and needs, communicate with licensees for various requests relating to product development and asset requests, and assist in marketing and community activities which support the overall consumer products program.


•             Assist in product development including product planning, account/project management, quality control, and execution with licensed merchandise partners and internal stake holders.

•             Assist with partner to ensure a complimentary product offering that aligns with our game franchise's strategic plan

•             Manage art, marketing and game code assets (archiving, organizing) and work with game studios to retrieve and deliver them to licensees and/or agencies

•             Manage licensee product listings across consumer products section within the game's website

•             Assist with licensing style guide development and delivery

•             Compile and update licensee lists for internal reference

•             Manage and inventory all licensing samples and archival products

•             Manage all internal product requests and studio orders

•             Maintain licensing calendar featuring product release dates and marketing/social activities

•             Administrative duties will include shipping boxes and other miscellaneous tasks

•             Communicate effectively with the studio's stakeholders and external business partners to manage deliverables and meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

•             Strong writing and communication skills

•             Demonstrated ability to multi-task over various projects in a timely manner

•             Project management expertise, with specific focus on attention to detail, tracking and meeting deadlines

•             Strong people management, leadership skills and relationship building skills

•             Knowledge of consumer products goods, including product development, manufacture, sales and distribution of toys, games, apparel, peripherals, and accessories

•             Strong personal initiative and good judgment; desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment

•             Passion for gaming


•             BA/BS or work experience equivalent

•             2+ years of real world experience in production management of broad consumer products merchandise categories and/or game development pipelines
