Job Description:

The Junior Web Producer will act as a project manager for every page that sits on our client's website.  This position coordinates work amongst a variety of internal teams (content strategy, CMS authoring team, translation, analytics, SEO, UX, etc). This role will ensure that online content is optimized for lead and transaction conversions, as well as support campaign and NPI (New Product Introduction) launch activities, ensuring deadlines are met. 

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk 

- Able to troubleshoot, investigate, and direct requests to appropriate team and follow up on issue status 

- Coordinate with regional lead, CMS authoring team, and translation teams on upcoming editorial schedules and develop a go-live plan for the Web site edits 

- Effectively escalate issues with feedback and clear communication to the program management team 

- Solid understanding of web publishing, localization, and globalization workflows 

- Experience working with international teams 

- Experience working on a large global site 

- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail

Requirements:

- 5+ years of project management experience 

- Working knowledge of how a CMS - Content Management System works (working knowledge of Adobe Experience Management platform a plus)

- Experience working with ticketing tools (knowledge of JIRA a plus) 

- Working knowledge of web technologies e.g. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (this role is not required to code) 

- Experience in localization methodologies for the Web a plus 

- Experience with translation project management is preferred
