We are hiring a highly technical Content Developer to develop Playbook content surrounding OS servicing and content within the wiki. You will be developing highly complex and unique content similar to training docs.
We have had people work on the playbook before, but there have been some changes on a global scale. The manager works remotely, and this content will be utilized as a key tool to get everyone up to speed.
The role will be 75% content creation. 25% interviews and material collection. You will be interviewing within WSD and responsible for creation of roughly 150 pages of content.
The team works in a variety of web-based tools including Wiki, SharePoint, Word, and OneNote.
Note: This role is M-F 40hrs/week business (Core business hours), however this is a global team so there will be some early morning and evening calls.
The ideal candidate has experience going into something highly technical with a lot of nebulousness and ambiguity and finding information on their own.
Candidates need to be technically savvy, with more technical than grammatical skills.
Previously project experience creating training from highly complex technical information is required.
Wiki experience desired
Proven ability to self-start with minimal guidance, dive in to a team, interview SME’s, and produce high quality documentation quickly.
