Job Description:

Seeking a Digital Product Manager with prior experience in both Digital Marketing and as an Agile Product Owner.  This is a long term contract role for 1 year or longer with a major healthcare company.  The team is located in Virginia Beach.

This position will work in partnership with our existing Digital Product Managers and Product Owners to support Medicaid externally-facing digital products through full life-cycle including requirements definition, planning, and support of scrum teams through execution and launch. Key skills & experience include:

-- Experience facilitating creation of consumer facing marketing websites and electronic communications, working with business, creative and technical stakeholders from inception to launch.

-- Solid understanding of how consumer facing digital properties are constructed

-- Experience as a scrum Product Owner, preferably within a Scaled Agile environment

-- Experience writing user stories, setting acceptance criteria and evaluating work products against acceptance criteria

-- Business analysis experience

-- Experience with Confluence / JIRA

-- Strong verbal and written communication skills

-- Strong attention to detail and upkeep of project documentation

-- Experience managing complex projects with aggressive timelines

-- Highly adaptable / flexible / comfortable in a frequently changing environment, eager to continually learn new things

-- Project management experience 

East Coast business hours (9-5), Monday - Friday.
