BRAND MARKETING MANAGER- WOMENS

This large global activewear clothing company, located in the heart of Portland, OR is looking for a talented Associate Brand Marketing Manager with strong event and digital experience to support the Global Womens Team. This person should be excited about fashion, retail, apparel, and they must demonstrate 2-4 years from other marketing expereinces. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Horizontal Communication Manager: assist with horizontal communications to categories and functions around womens brand
  • NYC & LA Community Management: help develop womens community plans, including the launch of the LA community; manage ongoing community event execution with agency partner
  • Vertical Athlete Strategy: develop tactics in partnership with key categories around leveraging assets and vertical sport activations
  • Administrative support: opening POs/GRs, budget tracking, agency feedback consolidation, women’s calendar management, monthly womens x-functional meetings, and monthly womens key cities meetings

Primary: 

Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activations for key initiatives and/or categories with direct responsibilities for coordinating execution of event, digital, social and media tactics.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the x-functional and x-category team in developing marketing and communication plans that drive Womens business and lead to effective communication activities
  • Support the team in writing briefs, managing agency relationships, production, post-production and internal approvals for US Womens creative and activation needs
  • Be the point person for LA and NY Community activations and planning, including digital needs and CRM planning/recaps
  • Coordinate campaign/activation recaps and post mortems, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing
  • Maintain an updated status report on all marketing elements with clear action items and deliverables and follow-up with x-category/functional team members as needed to ensure all project elements are on track
  • Help prepare agendas and take notes for x-functional/category meetings
  • Help develop womens horizontal strategy plans targeting the VFA, vertical athlete
  • Manage Influencer requests and track social/appearance asks for community events and across Categories and CTC
  • Manage Budget/Forecasting for US Womens 
  • Open POs and track spending/invoices for US Womens 
  • Own seasonal ordering and Wanderlust promo seeding for various events and influencers
  • Create and maintain presentation materials (PPT, videos, etc.) to support internal and external campaign updates, sell-in meetings
