Ok, so what exactly is a Social Media Customer Specialist? You'll be responding to customer comments & publishing new content to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Say a customer has a negative comment and needs help, you will respond & connect them to the right person to assist. This is a great role with a company that values using social media to proactively cultivate a community.

- At least 1 year of professional social experience - Instagram, Twitter, Faceook
- 2-3 years of customer service experience or customer centric work
