Job Description:

AQUENT is looking for a Social Media Customer Specialist in Richmond, VA to join an amazing team and work with an exceptional leader! We are looking for someone with a background in social media & customer service.

Ok, so what exactly is a Social Media Customer Specialist?  You'll be responding to customer comments & publishing new content to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Say a customer has a negative comment and needs help, you will respond & connect them to the right person to assist. This is a great role with a company that values using social media to proactively cultivate a community. 

This role in a nutshell only using keywords: social media, social media influencer partnerships, posting content, customer service, customer support, responding to customers, connecting customers with the resources they need, customer-oriented, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite, developing community.

Required skills: 

  • At least 1 year of professional social experience - Instagram, Twitter, Faceook 
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience or customer centric work 
  • highly articulate 
  • exeptional writing skills (you will be responding publicly to customer comments on social media, forums, blogs and consumer websites - no typos will fly here)

  • ability to respond in a quick manner
