Job Description:

Leading Media and Entertainment Client is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to work in their Pawtucket RI Location.

Client has an immediate need for a detail-oriented, innovative consumer marketer and brand developer focused on consumer marketing and/or brand building. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in product development initiatives. 
• Identify product innovations and drive through the system to better meet consumer demands. 
• Assist in development of overall go-to-market product strategy and launch plans. Develop advertising briefs for advertising and other marketing communications assets. 
• Track and analyze global point-of-sales data week-over-week – track business performance, identifying trends and make recommendations to optimize product strategy and marketing plans. 
• Learn internal systems and support team in the creation of product plans, wave tables, etc. 
• Assist in the creation of package briefs, product name creation, sample coordination, etc. 
• Assist in the timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 
• Minimum of 2 year of progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program 
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or related field. 
• MBA preferred (additional work experience in lieu of MBA considered). 
• Understanding of the implementation of a fully integrated marketing program. 

• Trend savvy with a digital-first mindset. 
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally and with senior management to advocate for business needs. 
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track. 
• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints. 
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. 
• Business and financial acumen and an ability to think analytically about the competitive landscape. 
• Ability to be agile and flexible in thinking and adaptable in a frequently changing environment.
