Job Description:

Seeking a Technology Training Project Manager for my client's Technology Training Solutions team in Princeton, NJ.  This role is a long term contract role with a major pharmaceutical company.  A great resume builder and a solid opportunity to join a big company.

This position will oversee the Worldwide Training of all field force CRM and administrative related tools. Under the direction of the Associate Director, Technology Training Solutions, and in collaboration with functional partners, the Technology Training Project Manager will identify strategic training needs and lead in the design and development of continuing education programs based on those needs. Additional responsibilities include managing new strategic projects, quarterly updates of materials and training databases, and leading teams to achieve specific goals and objectives for the field facing tools. 

This individual will also be responsible for developing a blended mix of learning to include both live, in-person training and remote training utilizing learning technology. 
Secondarily, this person will support the efforts of the Content Managers in addressing ongoing training needs and working in collaboration with associated vendors to meet those needs. Other responsibilities include maintaining internal SharePoint sites and acting as a system administrator of learning applications. 

Qualifications:
Successful candidate must have a minimum BA/BS degree, with 4+ years of project management experience. Education, Training, and Sales Operations experience are preferred. Understanding of SharePoint, Adobe Connect, Veeva CRM and Adult Learning a plus. The candidate should be a self-starter, detail oriented, and able to identify and assess risk, and prioritize competing demands for time, based on importance, need, and impact. The incumbent must be strong in the following competencies: Business Insight, Communications, Collaboration, Planning and Organizational Skills.
