Large Media and Entertainment client in San Francisco's Presidio area is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator for a 1-month project. This is a temporary that may extend, but will not convert to perm.
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm
In this role the Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team with a special project within the Jobvite Application Tracking system.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience using the Jobvite applicant tracking system
- You will be importing candidate files from excel into Jobvite, and help clean up some of the formatting in the Excel spreadsheets before it's imported.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Ideally, this person would also have experience with the Engage (CRM) in Jobvite.
- Having some experience with reports in Jobvite would also be helpful.
