Job Description:

Are you a customer experience-driven Digital Product Development Manager? If so, we are looking for you!  Our forward-thinking Fortune 500 ‘luxury brand’ financial service and credit card company is in need of a freelance Digital Product Manager to join their team. This role is onsite, 40 hours a week, 1 year with the opportunity to extend/convert.  5 paid sick days, healthcare benefits, 401k provided.

What You Will Do:

  • As an experienced Digital Product Development Manager, you will drive the roadmap, architecture, prioritization, end-to-end product development for the client’s Global Product Credit Card
  • You will also create business cases to influence how partner integration can drive engagement with Credit Card offers
  • Create timelines, project plans, status update documents that outline key work streams to communicate progress to team members
  • Attend frequent meetings/calls with partners to discuss project progress, blockers, resolutions. In addition, lead end-to-end Q&A and testing process for features that have been built
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Enterprise Digital & Analytics, Merchant Services Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Brand) on day-to-day as well as contract creation with 3rd party vendors
  • Ensure all product launches are proactively communicated to key stakeholders and equip teams with the right training/materials to operationalize product launches

What You Need:

  • Experience working in digital product development with experience launching digital experiences from start to finish 
  • Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve outcomes without direct responsibility 
  • Ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams, as well as the strong organizational skills necessary to do so 
  • High-caliber presentation skills, both in terms of preparing and delivering a strategic vision to large groups and senior leaders 
  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and rapid change
  • Experience in a partner facing role with strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Technical fluency and comfort with data flows, logical architecture, and system connectivity
