Job Description:

A trusted name in insurance for 145 years, our valued Fortune 500 company is seeking a freelance Marketing Campaign Manager. This role is onsite in Bridgewater, NJ, 40 hours a week for 6 months (with the opportunity to extend). Some perks include working remote a few days per week, 5 paid sick days, healthcare benefits, 401k, more.

What You Will Do:

  • The successful candidate will be a member of the Group Benefits Marketing Communication Campaign Delivery Team to drive solutions and measurable business impact. Target audiences are employee benefits decision makers, brokers and consultants, as well as employee participants. In this role, you will coordinate and execute direct marketing campaigns with responsibilities including:

Campaign Development & Execution (60%): 

  • Assist with migration from current email delivery vendor (Striata) to Adobe Campaign platform
  • ​Track and execute tasks contained in campaign project plans and update project
  • Coordinate deliverables with team members to ensure timely execution, content and creative development of campaigns Generally, campaign-related activities range from cleaning email lists and managing programming/sends to regulatory filings, etc.
  • Work with vendors and internal resources to design and deliver campaigns, manage email delivery templates & collateral 
  • Create workflows and campaign journeys to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing campaigns and proactively make recommendations to enhance the development process, execution and productivity 

Data Management and Reporting (20%): 

  • Pull and assemble campaign data to provide quality control, tracking and reporting 
  • Partner with Customer Marketing team in the coordination of data analysis pertaining to campaign results 
  • Design and manage dashboards and process maps (via Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Monitor and distribute leads generated from marketing campaigns 

Collateral Management (20%)

  • Coordinate legal review and state filings
  • ​Lite Copywriting and editing of marketing materials
  • Manage marketing material expirations and updates/ renewals 

What You Need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years relevant marketing experience
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, hands on experience with relational databases, working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced), Word and PowerPoint 
  • Strong attention to detail with solid project management experience 
  • Understanding of data structure and data’s use and impact on marketing initiatives 
  • Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects
