Job Description:

Responsibilities: 
Help define the architecture, user interface, and end-to-end experience for a user-focused email communication program that spans the lifecycle of a user. 
Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes following a user-centered process to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 
Collaborate closely with, or conduct research to validate concepts, and communicate results to the teams. 
Work with product, developer, and content teams to come up with UX designs and prototypes 
Communicate effectively in a UX and cross-functional team. 
Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale effectively. 
Take input/requirements from multiple stakeholders across different organizations. 
Participate in regular design reviews. 
Develop/apply general visual style and consistent interaction patterns. 

Top Three Daily Responsibilities:

Skill/Experience/Education 
Mandatory

BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) 
4+ years of relevant work experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills 
Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of the user-centered design methodologies, and a good understanding of usability 
Fluency with visual and interaction design tools as well as ability to work within technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Desired 
Experience designing for tools, platforms and/or content management systems 
Experience designing onboarding flows 
Good sense and understanding of visual design 
Prototyping or front-end development skills 
Experience collaborating with user researchers, content strategists, product managers, and engineers 
Exposure to a technical and/or enterprise environment 
Familiarity with Google Material design (https://material.io/design/) 
Strong leadership skills
