Job Description:

This operations associate would run and optimize several internal programs, that would support our day-to-day marketing, comms, content, and production needs. 
The work would vary from events support, producing video and photo assets, to maintaining important archives and running internal programs for employees. 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of project's external channels 
  • Manages editorial calendar
  • Coordinates creative production (video/image/photo) to support the ed calendar 
  • Publishes blog posts as needed, including the support of key external launches 
  • Reports on content and channel performance, creating best practices as they go 
  • Support production of video and photography 
  • Coordinates kick off meetings to scope video requests 
  • Manages shoot calender 
  • Finalizes briefs with project lead 
  • Assists during the shoot and during post-production 
  • Manages uploading and tags video and photo assets into Cantemo 
  • Produces transcripts from interviews 
  • Sources estimates and third party solutions when needed 
  • Manages video request page on go/x-home, including all tickets 
  • Run internal cross functional and centralized programs E.g. works with design and comms to keep the program running 
  • Sets timelines for ordering and delivery of swag through our merchant 
  • Serves as point of contact for our merchant vendors 
  • Tracks project usage and team utilization 
  • Manages curation of the project, working with design / REWS on quarterly changes 
  • Coordinates team onsites and offsites 
  • Keeps templatized decks and docs updated (i.e., helps maintain our infrastructure) 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, including meetings, agendas, workgroup communications, etc 
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks of established programs and initiatives, e.g. managing inventory, maintaining internal sites and documentation, and managing vendor relationships 
  • Support marketing and communications team members in the production of assets to be used in external-facing marketing campaigns, e.g. coordinating a photo shoot, getting rights releases, organizing printing of materials 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management related field (If the candidate has different degree with enough experience we are open to see those resumes) 
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience working as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or in strategy and operations for a marketing or design-based team or department. (Marketing and Design language is very important) 
  • Excellent Excel skills and fluency with gSuite of apps for productivity. 
  • Fluency in visual communication, basic of marketing and management experience 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
