Candidate to have 5 years plus experience in film or motion picture advertising.
Ideal candidate would have knowledge of production / post production as it relates to creating AV campaigns and understand technical aspects regarding delivery specs - file formats, audio tracks, etc., and some editorial and motion graphic software program terminology.
This person needs to be detail oriented, extremely organized, and understand the basics of editorial and finishing. This person also needs to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task and prioritize workload and requests.
Experience working at a studio and / or in Home Entertainment a plus.
Education requirements – Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Film/TV or Communications / Marketing

Job Description /Duties:
o Request media rotation schedules.
o Create campaign summary spreadsheets.
o Order final theatrical campaigns, toolkits, etc.
o Order features from tech services. Follow up with Tech Services and all agencies to ensure feature delivery has occurred in a timely manner.
o Request cleared music from theatrical and distribute clearance memo for each campaign.
o Get paid ad memo from legal and review / highlight, and summarize pertinent AV information.
o Send campaign materials out for network, MPAA, iTunes and legal clearances.
o Manage Project Landmarks grid — tracks creative and submission milestones for all campaigns
o Maintain the AV Production Schedule
o Maintain the AV Finishing Schedule
o Request ISCI prefixes for all upcoming campaigns.
o Create the Online Spot Placement grid, and email to TM to fill out and send with their email notifications.
o Create Finishing instructions/ ISCIs code spreadsheets.
o Support the producers with billing and reconciliation.
o Track all PORs, PO #s and Invoices for campaigns and keep billing Project Summary logs
o Create AV campaign salient scene and copy grids for internal creative reviews.
o Manage retail trailer requests and if needed, manage retail and other top to top reel requests (unless content is restricted)
o Lead the Trailering Updates Meeting (this task may be reassigned)
o Manage tagged trailers + TV repurposes creative
o Maintain the Media Cloud Trailer List
o Maintain WW AV grid, GCD grid, and Media Cloud Trailer list —
o WW AV grid is a list of ALL theatrical and Home ent AV assets that go to Esprit; GCD grid tracks all “look for it” trailers and their theatrical counterpart’s Esprit ID #s
Manage UHD HDR Clip pull requests.
