The primary responsibility will be to work with a diverse, multi-location global marketing team as the designated primary designer for new business
models, co-promotions and product bundle marketing materials on a global basis.
This position will be responsible for conceptual design, brand management, shaping brand design guidelines and co-promotion tracking.
Primary interaction will be with internal stakeholders, and includes communication via email, phone calls, and in person meetings. Thus, excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills are required.
**Digital and design experience is required.
Design and develop co-promotion and bundling materials for global markets.
Designated reviewer and approver of marketing materials from global markets.
Designer will contribute and assist in development of next generation of brand book
materials including, but not limited to: packaging bundles, new marketing campaigns (acquisition, retention).
Track complex, multi-country product bundles, product extensions and related design elements.
Collaborate with agencies and multiple vendor partners where additional support is needed.
Other projects as assigned, including, but not limited to: brand design input, web design, and global marketing support.
Facilitate creative workshops with other designers and our partners
BA/BS in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
Strong conceptual design ideas, skills while also having the ability to be detailed oriented and execute.
Experience building and working with a variety of brands.
Experience with all types of digital media (images, videos) production.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms (ZenDesk, others).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with autonomy in an International team.
Desire and ability to work (and travel) in a global work environment.
Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner.
Experience as an Art Director preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS development preferred.
Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing preferred.
