Digital Project Manager- Creative Services - Beauty/Retail/Fashion
This is a long term ongoing freelance position based onsite in NYC, 40 hours per week, paid on an hourly rate plus highly subsidized benefits!
Our major beauty client is looking for a stellar Project Manager with strong digital experience managing full scope projects from concept to launch within web and CRM programs. This person must have project management experience leading large and small matrix teams and multiple projects in parallel. Solid knowledge of standard project management tools and best practices, and methodologies, including but not limited to project definition and project scheduling.
As Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects. Working in partnership with our digital team, agency partners, and global market teams, you will be actively involved in creating meticulous full-life cycle project plans, and manage them through successful completion. You should be highly organized and have outstanding communication skills.
A passion for all things digital/social is a must.

-Keep projects on track through clear identification of deliverables, risk identification/mitigation, issue tracking, escalation
management, status meetings, etc.
-Strategize with marketing leads and ecommerce leads on online product launches and refreshes.
- Project Management of site enhancement implementations and marketing animations.
- Maintain the process for feedback, proofing, corrections, sign-off, and launch ensuring adherence to best practices.
-Work with agencies and internal teams to strategize, plan, develop and deliver innovative digital programs.
-Passionately manage the evolution of creativeconcepts into tangible deliverables in a manner that balances business requirements with the time and budget constraints of the program.
-Prepare project documentation including project plans, statements of work and service orders, status reports, etc.
-Contribute to the refinement of global digitalprocesses and procedures to improve workflow and elevate quality that transcend the traditional bounds of today’s digital channels.
-Ensure proper collaboration between Web Development, Digital IT, and Digital Creative to ensure proper user experience is executed.
-Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director team to ensure all site enhancements required to support promotions are executed on time and on budget.
