Job Description:

The Analyst, Marketing Analytics will play an integral part of a large, best-in-class, cross-functional team. You will support the broader marketing team as well as the media team to deliver on point marketing and media campaigns that cultivate and grow existing and new audiences for all gaming titles. Our client has a tremendous amount of data and is in need of an analytics expert who has the passion and skills to leverage that data to segment and extract audiences in order to deliver personalized and powerful 1:1 communications.

This person will possess a demonstrated analytic mind-set with a passion for creativity and thinking beyond the borders of what has been done before. They seek people that are entrepreneurial, dynamic, interesting, hardworking and who love gaming.

What you’ll do:

·       Responsible for audience development and timely delivery of audiences to marketing teams

·       Work with mixed priorities and keep open communication with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

·       Work with complex data structure, manipulate, and perform analysis 

·       Ability to set up test and learn objectives and campaign structures 

·       Work with data across all marketing channels

·       Educate and socialize the importance of data and analytics within the organization

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
  • The ability to creatively solve data issues as they arise is important
  • Proficient in SQL, and advanced knowledge of analytics tools, such as AWS Redshift, Excel, and Tableau
  • Experience building out and creating audiences, and working with CRM teams is plus
  • Experience working with an audience manager tools like Adobe Campaign is a plus
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman's terms



​·       BA or BS degree

·       3+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)

·       3+ years of experience in data analytics

·       Experience working in organizations with cross-functional teams

·       Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
