The Project Manager will partner day-to-day with clients, designers and copywriters to manage the creative development process from creative brief to project close. They will assist in creating and executing social media campaigns and social activations geared towards the consumer and gaming audiences.
Vets creative brief / project assignments to ensure project scope, deliverables and tasks are clear and deadlines feasible
Manage client communications, day-to-day project delivery, track issues and risks, and addresses scope changes, project status, etc
Drive the completion of assets, ensuring specs are accurately followed and all elements are delivered on time
2-4 years creative project management experience with creative / advertising agency or interactive media agency experience strongly preferred
Solid project and timeline management skills and proven experience in managing social campaign creative / production against quick turn timelines effectively and efficiently
Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities at one time
Professional, quick-thinking, personable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
Comfortable using project management and social media tools
