Job Description:

The Project Manager (PM)  advises on digital strategy and best practices across brands for a Fortune 20 pharmaceutical client.  This role supports a broad portfolio of products across the US market business units including: Hospital/Specialty,  Primary Care/Women’s Health, Vaccines and Oncology

This position is full-time, on-site at the client’s offices in North Wales, PA.

The PM will support Digital Execution Channel Leads with operational support for Web, Email, and/or Video/banners, including:

  • Understanding current standards
  • Reviewing channel submissions and providing feedback in line with current standards
  • Reviewing closed loop marketing (CLM) presentation submissions and providing feedback in line with current standards
  • Verifying approvals and deploying presentations through Veeva system
  • Answering questions regarding operational support of Veeva Field Email and CLM presentations
  • Promoting and helping to establish best practices

The PM will also work collaboratively with the Field Facing Digital Channel lead to ensure process and documentation are current and streamlined, and will manage re-approvals for unbranded digital marketing in the client’s ZINC and Veeva PromoMats systems.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with field digital promotion capabilities (i.e. Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) and Field email via Veeva)
  • Prior Closed Loop Marketing (CLM)  program required (i.e. Veeva, Eloqua, Marketo, etc)
  • Veeva Promo Mats and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem solving in a complex environment
  • Technical digital acumen with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders, and lead without authority
  • Collaboration and influence - displays strong interpersonal and relationship management
  • Strong prioritization skills
