Job Description:

Marketing Traffic Coordinator The Traffic Coordinator is a member of the Marketing Operations Production team. This individual will coordinate the work flow of marketing department projects to ensure timely delivery, specifically inputting and monitoring schedules for a high volume of marketing jobs daily. This is a very collaborative position, working with Project Managers, Strategists and Production team members. Responsibilities: § Initiate project set up for campaigns and individual projects by creating accurate schedules for marketing programs in the project management software system (Workamajig). § Decipher important information based on a Creative Brief containing key dates, scope of work and delivery channel. § Confirm creative resources with managers and assign in Workamajig. § Demonstrate an ability to monitor schedules and workflows so task deadlines can be met. § Communicate with marketing team regarding workflow to ensure tasks are monitored and achieved. § Prioritize a high volume of project set up, perform schedule maintenance, adjusting schedules and due dates to reflect real time status. § Identify and vocalize areas within project workflow that have potential for process improvement. § Assist in management of finalized marketing materials to our digital storage system, the Marketing Virtual Library (aka Revbase). Users of the Revbase system must follow specific instructions to upload and archive materials to provide a visual reference for stakeholders across the credit union. Identify and input descriptions and keywords in Revbase to enhance search function for users. Troubleshoot upload issues or assist users of the system if they are having trouble finding completed projects. Ensures Compliance approval emails are uploaded with all projects. § Assist in execution of routing documents, communicating accurate distribution of marketing materials to internal stock and third-party destinations. Document the receipt and delivery of materials in the project management software system. § Work with marketing reps and business unit to communicate accurate version control to Inventory Control Team. § Minimal administrative duties: filing and distributing samples to writers, designers, reps and job folders. § Other duties as assigned. The key skills/abilities we need for this position are: • Experience inputting and monitoring job schedules and workflows in project management software. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. • Assertive and effective collaboration with internal and external partners. • Effective problem resolution skills and initiative to respond to unexpected issues in a timely and accurate manner. • 1-2 years of experience in similar environment.
