Job Description:

​You’re a champion of our products, brand, and consumers, and a creative and innovative thinker who can connect the opportunities between our subscription products and the third party partners’ products to execute our partner marketing programs to success. You’re a strategic, analytical, and results-driven marketer who can build relationships with and influence stakeholders of all levels, including internal, cross-functional teams as well as third party partners. You keep the trains on time, with excellent project management and communication skills. And you roll with the punches when things change, and quickly find ways to chart a new course towards your end goal, rallying your cross-functional teams and third party partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project milestones and management with cross-functional teams and third party-partners

  • Collaborate with product, brand, social, and influencer marketing teams to execute compelling campaigns that drive subscriptions

  • Develop co-marketing plans for partner pitch decks

  • Analyze the performance of active partner marketing programs and contribute to regular marketing and business reviews

  • Work with creative producer and brand teams to develop and deliver partner marketing assets

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with strong academic performance

  • 4+ years of work experience, including strong partner, content, and / or product marketing background

  • Experience working on music subscription products

  • Ability to lead and maneuver through large and complex organization

  • Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities

  • Willingness and initiative to work independently without close supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with strong academic performance
  • 4+ years of work experience, including strong partner, content, and / or product marketing background
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
     

Desired:

  • Experience working on music subscription products
  • Ability to lead and maneuver through large and complex organization
