You’re a strategic, analytical, and results-driven marketer who can build relationships with and influence stakeholders of all levels, including internal, cross-functional teams as well as third party partners. You keep the trains on time, with excellent project management and communication skills. And you roll with the punches when things change, and quickly find ways to chart a new course towards your end goal, rallying your cross-functional teams and third party partners.
Drive project milestones and management with cross-functional teams and third party-partners
Collaborate with product, brand, social, and influencer marketing teams to execute compelling campaigns that drive subscriptions
Develop co-marketing plans for partner pitch decks
Analyze the performance of active partner marketing programs and contribute to regular marketing and business reviews
Work with creative producer and brand teams to develop and deliver partner marketing assets
BA/BS degree or equivalent with strong academic performance
4+ years of work experience, including strong partner, content, and / or product marketing background
Experience working on music subscription products
Ability to lead and maneuver through large and complex organization
Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
Willingness and initiative to work independently without close supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
