Job Description:

In this assignment as an Administrative Assistant at Aquent's client, you will be supporting a large team within the Engineering group.

Job Description:

High organizational skills & constant attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

General admin skills managing multiple schedules and priorities with minimal supervision

Technically savvy, able to use and troubleshoot common programs & systems, Mac experience is a plus

Able to adapt to new technologies quickly and easily

Experience making international travel plans

 

Minimum Bachelors degree required.

 

Additional Details:

Experience supporting a large team - Will be supporting the engineering group 

At least 3-5 years of experience  

MAC experience - Required

Must have spreadsheet experience - Intermediate level

Experience working with an international team - Desirable

Calendaring experience - iCal

Hours: 8:30-5:30pm
